If you enjoy working with children and are thinking about this as a career path, this is the program for you. In this program the student will develop the knowledge, skills, and experience to work effectively with children and families based on early childhood standards in Vermont. The student will learn to organize activities that stimulate the children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth. They will learn to help children explore their interests, develop independence, build self-esteem, and learn how to interact with others.
